Inventory Coordinator- Spokane, WA

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for inventory and inventory data accuracy for production and post production.
Location: Spokane, WA
Wage: $18 to $21/ per hour

Essential Responsibilities

  • Performs daily cycle counts on the production floor and Warehouse.
  • Performs all WO completion transactions in the SAGE ERP system.
  • Stages material from the Warehouse to the production area.
  • Reconciles inventory being returned to stock as well as ensure accuracy when checking in and verifying inventory to Work Orders
  • Confirms accuracy of inventory documentation
  • Assists with Production Documentation Review
  • Takes ownership of inventory stocking locations
  • Works cross-functionally (Planning, Production, Finance, Quality, etc.) to assist in establishing easily assessable data and reports for established metrics and measures.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data basic techniques and procedures.
  • Promotes and follows policies and procedures; reporting and suggesting needed changes.
  • Identifies concerns and constraints and communicates with the production team to propose solutions.
  • Assists with developing and maintaining planning bills of material and planning databases by working closely with the Master Scheduler.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of this position
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and all other regulatory requirements, in accordance with company policy.
  • Adhere to company safety requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications and experience within a Manufacturing Resource Planning system (Sage Mas90 preferred).
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Confidentiality.
  • 1 – 2 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Detail orientation with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Report writing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent project, time management, and math skills.
  • Experience in a FDA regulated facility preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations preferred.


  • Frequently required to sit and walk.
  • Frequently required to walk up and down stairs.
  • Frequently required to talk and hear.
  • Occasionally required to stand.
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds (23 kg).
  • Vision ability including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
